Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) reports set to go digital

HMRC are looking to modernise the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) reporting process by introducing a digital service for SAO notification and certification. 

To assist with the design and build of the new digital service, HMRC are seeking insight from agents familiar with the current process, and have produced a survey form to gather experiences and suggestions for improvements as part of the move to digital.
