Tuesday 5 March 2024
Women in Tax, Women of IFA Network, the CIOT, ADIT and ATT have joined up to celebrate International Women's Day; the campaign theme for 2024 is #InspireInclusion.
The event takes place on Tuesday 5 March 2024 at Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY. The panel discussion begins at 18:30 followed by networking over drinks and canapés from 19:30.
For International Women's Day 2024 and beyond, let's all #InspireInclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment. The aim of the International Women's Day 2024 campaign is to collectively forge a more inclusive world for women.
This event is aimed at everyone working in the tax profession.
During the panel discussion the speakers will take us through their career journeys, exploring topics which include saying yes to new opportunities, taking risks in your career and having the confidence to put your head above the parapet. Also up for discussion will be the speakers' experiences of fostering an inclusive environment and what more we can all do to #InspireInclusion.
The discussion will be chaired by Sarah Osprey, Tax Partner at Slaughter and May. Sarah advises domestic and overseas clients operating in a wide range of sectors on all aspects of UK corporate tax law.
Sarah will be joined by panellists:
