Vicky is Director of Education for ATT and CIOT and has significant experience in the development of education policy and professional qualification design across a few professional bodies. Vicky now works closely with industry employers and stakeholders to ensure that qualifications offered to ATT and CIOT members remain relevant in a fast-changing world to navigate successful and sustained career development.
Vanessa Lee - Personal Tax Partner at S&W
Vanessa is a Tax Partner at S&W, leading their Private Client Practice for the North and their Private Wealth and Family Office team for the UK. She is both CTA and ATT qualified, is an affiliate member of the ICAEW and previously lectured on the tax modules for ICAS. Having a career spanning nearly 30 years in tax – starting at Price Waterhouse, then to KPMG, EY and BDO, she is focused on delivering strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and Trustees.
More broadly, Vanessa is Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee and a lay Council Member at the University of Hull. She is also a Trustee of Yorkshire Children’s Charity, is a member of the Development Committee for The King’s Trust in Yorkshire and Humber, sits on the UK Advisory Board of Tax Aid and is a mentor on the pioneering Aurora Leadership Programme.
