HMRC publish first Agent Registration Manuals

HMRC have now published the first of their agent registration manuals. 

The manuals cover the Scope and requirement to register and Checks against registration conditions.

The ATT welcome the publication of guidance to help our members and tax advisers navigate the new legislation. 

We are continuing to engage with HMRC in relation to the additional guidance needed, and we welcome feedback from our members on the published guidance.
