Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD) is now underway for the first mandated taxpayers, and we're continuing our series of monthly online drop-in sessions to help members navigate the practical realities of the new regime.

This informal session provides an opportunity to discuss your experiences with peers, share practical tips, raise challenges, and learn how others are approaching MTD implementation.

Facilitated by members of the ATT's Technical Team, these are not traditional webinars. Instead, they are member-led discussions where attendees can share practical concerns, exchange ideas, and support one another. ATT Technical Team representatives are on hand to answer practical questions where possible and to raise unresolved issues with HMRC where appropriate.

Discussion topics are driven by attendees and may include:

• Managing clients through the transition to MTD
• Resourcing and workflow challenges
• Software choices, practical tips and common pain points
• Pricing and delivering MTD services
• Experiences of the first months of mandatory compliance

The session is open to all members but is likely to be particularly beneficial for those working in smaller firms. Attendance is free and the session will be hosted via Zoom.
