Council Member vacancies

We are seeking new trustees - could you be one of them?

If you would like to play a part in influencing the future of the tax profession, have you considered applying to join ATT Council?

If you are a member or Fellow of the Association and have at least three years' post-qualification experience, we would love to hear from you.

As an educational charity, all our Council members are trustees who work as a team to ensure that the ATT fulfills its charitable objects: to advance public education in, and promote the study of, the administration and practice of taxation; together with promoting and maintaining the highest professional standards among the membership.

There are four Council meetings a year, two of which are held at our offices in London and two are virtual. All members of Council also serve on one Steering Group. Serving on Council will give you strategic experience, enabling you to develop and hone your critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, as well as developing team working skills.

Council members are unrenumerated (with the exception of travel expenses).
