The Association welcomes the general approach of HMRC throughout the “Working With Tax Agents” consultation.
The present consultation document reflects the attention which the Department has paid to responses to its earlier documents, and our informal discussions with HMRC reassure us of the Department’s willingness to listen to our concerns.
