Natural Capital - reply from the FST

The Financial Secretary to the Treasury (FST) has replied to the ATT,  Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and the Law Society of Scotland (LSS) regarding their letter about expressing concerns about last year's delay in responding to a consultation on natural capital. 

The ATT, ICAS and LSS wrote to the FST on 22 January 2024. 

The consultation on the taxation of environmental land management and ecosystem service markets was issued in March last year, and closed in June 2023.
