Direct Debit Payment Form

Print and complete a direct debit form to pay your annual subscriptions by direct debit at no extra cost. There is an option on the form where you can choose to pay either annually or in monthly instalments. Once you have completed the form, please return it to the ATT via post and a direct debit will be set up for you.
